WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Welcoming customers with a smile and guiding them to the right team member—whether in person or over the phone.

  • Managing appointments and keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine.

  • Handling inquiries and keeping customer records neat and accurate.

  • Engaging with current and prospective customers, sparking conversations, and offering insurance options.

  • Delivering exceptional service and following up to make sure our customers are always taken care of.

  • Supporting the team with fun, fast-paced administrative tasks and projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in customer service or receptionist roles (extra points for a fun attitude!).

  • Strong communication and people skills that help you engage with anyone.

  • Organizational skills that keep everything running smoothly.

  • Comfortable chatting about insurance and helping customers with their needs.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
