"I stumbled across this branch of State Farm on accident about 10 years ago and they have been the most phenomenal team to work with. I did leave their company for about two years and was put on a parents policy due to financial hardships about 8 years ago but it was honestly such a terrible experience that I was ecstatic to come back to Todd Avery’s office. They entire staff is always quick to answer the phone and will answer any and all questions you have. I was not well versed in insurance policies so when I wanted to update my coverage they helped me go through step by step to make sure I fully understood what I was putting on my policy and an extremely comprehensive breakdown of what I was paying for and they continuously work to make sure that I continue to have the best rate."
